What you would do

• Drive our company van to event locations and transport our materials safely.
• Set up luxury teepee sleepovers and glamping following our detailed procedures, matching every setup to the reference photos.
• Help run our spa parties, a two hour hands on experience for groups of 6 to 16 children, guiding them through facials, foot soaks, nail painting, makeup and crafts alongside a second hostess.
• Break down events and return every item in pristine condition.
• Keep everything clean and organized as you work.

The schedule

• Weekend availability is required, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
• Event times vary. Some are early mornings and some run into the evening. Pickups usually start late morning.
• Hours vary with our event volume.

What we are looking for

Required

• A valid driver license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable driving a large van. We provide training.
• Able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs repeatedly, and to bend, kneel and stand for a full event.
• Available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
• Excellent attention to detail and a warm, professional way with children and parents.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Nice to have

• Bilingual, English and Spanish.
• Experience with children ages 6 to 12.
• Experience in events, hospitality, catering or luxury service.
• Experience with nails, makeup or beauty services, decorating or styling.

Training

• A paid training period, with a full operations manual and hands on training for every event type.
• You work alongside experienced team members for your first events, with ongoing support from the owner and the team.
